Fixing Iphone 3.1.2 WIFI unlocked

February 5, 2010 Andrew Leave a comment

If you were like me trying to fix your wifi through numerous trials of resetting network and restoring the phone, and yet still doesn’t work…

Well, try this, kill your battery until your phone turns off, then charge it. Give it a day and hopefully wifi will turn back on.

I’ve been going through the internet trying to figure out how to fix my wifi problem for about 3 weeks. I had tried restoring my phone, resetting my network, resetting to default settings and yet no wifi. The only thing I tried that might’ve worked a little was using the WIFIFOFUM app. This did work when I was only a foot away from my router. I figured that I had weak wifi signal in my phone and I couldn’t figure out why?? One day I just let my battery die and charged it over night while I was in an unconscious state. I woke up and voila! It found numerous wifi routers.

So hopefully, this will work out for you as it did for me.

Let me know if it works for anyone else.

UC Regents Approved 32% increase

November 20, 2009 Andrew Leave a comment

As a UCLA student, I’m pretty mad that they have to increase tuition 32% by next year. Currently tuition is a little less than $3,000/quarter making it to about $9,000/year. By next year tuition will be about $11,000-$12,000/year. The fact that the economy is doing bad with the rise of unemployment of 10.2% in California and budget cuts, this is pretty bad. The state is not making good decision, increasing our deficit.

The UC Regents came to UCLA for their meeting about this budget increase. Students from all over the UC systems came over to protest against this, unfortunetely it didn’t stop them.

Los Angeles Times has some pretty interest pictures of the protest. It was a two days event. Click Here

October 24, 2009 Andrew Leave a comment

Well, only one in one million has this side effect after taking a flu shot. I don’t understand how this can happen. I’m sure she’s gotten a flu shot before? And I was about to get my flu shot the other day too.

Of course Eric Gordon would be in LA. He does play for the LA Clippers. It was nice of him to meet us up at UCLA, under the intramural field. It was on a Friday night and he had practice the next day, so we made things quick and simple.

How much fun would it be to watch the games on floor seats? Hmmmm…

Vegas finally, the outcome.
